use it as a trash recepticle. To use as a waste

this Star Wars collectible is available

November
28, 2007: Special R2-KT
sold exclusively through HasbroToyShop.com!
R2-KT
was created in 2005 to
honor Katie Johnson, a very special little girl who tragically passed
away from brain cancer on
August 9, 2005, at the age of seven. Her father, Albin Johnson, is the founder
of the 501st
Legion,
a Star Wars costuming fan club that performs charity work around the world.
Katie had a special
wish: to visit Walt Disney World Resort ™. Through the generosity of the
Make-A-Wish Foundation®,
Katie’s wish was granted. Then one more special dream came true.
Katie’s sister, Allie, was inspired one day while watching Attack of the
Clones, in which R2-D2
watches over the sleeping Padmé. Allie thought how great it would be
if Artoo could watch over Katie
while she underwent treatment, and for the droid to be named “KT”
after her sister. The
R2 Builders Club
made Allie’s idea a reality by creating a unique R2 unit especially for
Katie. The 501st Legion approached
Hasbro with the idea of producing a figure to commemorate R2-KT. This inspired
Hasbro and Lucasfilm
to help make more wishes come true for children like Katie. Hasbro and Lucasfilm
together are donating
$100,000 in Katie’s memory to the Make-A-Wish Foundations® of South
Carolina and San Diego.

26, 2007: If you've been thinking about breaking down and getting the Hasbro
voice activated,
interactive R2-D2 for Christmas, take a look at the review
we've done. The review has everything
you've ever wanted to know about the little droid, including some suggestions
and links on where
you can purchase one on line, all in one convenient, if slightly long, review.
There are pictures and
a fairly detailed narrative of what the droid is capable of, all to help you
make that important decision.

you don't collect.)

I'm a huge R2-D2 fan, in case you haven't been able to figure that out from
this site. I'll buy just about
anything that even marginaly resembles R2-D2, But I have to say, this particular
rendition leaves a lot
to be desired. The only thing "custom" about it is the paint. He has
ear nubs. OK, so one might be the
eye that looks up. But what is the other one, a lump from being smacked by C-3PO?
And whats with
the short, stubby arms? When did R2 get arms? Or a pot belly? The body style
is exactly the same for
a Chewbacca, Darth Vader and Storm Trooper version, and they all have the same
teddy bear body
and elongated head. Some might say its cute, but they don't write these reviews.
If you feel you just can't live without it, you can order yours from Mimobot
An optional
hoodie for the drive is available for an additional $5.00. But
just so you know, R2 doesn't get cold.
And even if he did get cold, he wouldn't wear a hoody, and even if he did wear
a hoody,
he wouldn't wear this one.
